About Us

Overview

Shri Ram Switchgears Limited was incorporated on 06/09/1985 as a Private Limited Company. The company is engaged in manufacturing of Distribution boxes, transformers, feeder pillars, switch gears, LT/HT Line materials and other electrical products required in power distribution system utilities. The company also provides the following services, Erection Commissioning and Installation service, Transport of goods by road/Goods transport agency service, Renting of immovable property service, Works contract service. The company also undertakes turnkey projects of supplying the equipment and erection, testing and commissioning of the same at the site of the customer.The Company has “ISO: 9001-2008” certification for design, Manufacturing, Installation, commissioning, Sales & services of LT Switchgear, Transformer, Meter Box and EPC turnkey Projects as per certification no. BN11542/10424:0115 validating till 22th January, 2018.

Corporate Social Responsibility is integral to the Company’s philosophy. The Company has set up a trust which takes care of the poor and the needy. The senior management and the elders of the family are actively involved in the day to day working of the trust.

The organization’s belief in continuous improvement is driven by its dedication to having an effective QMS. Furthermore, inputs from Quality Audit, Analysis of Data, Corrective & Preventive Actions, Management Reviews etc., continue to fuel the Company’s efforts to refine the QMS.

Quality is in the genome of our company and each individual takes personal care to ensure highest quality of output. This is facilitated by:

  • Clearly defining the responsibilities and authorities
  • Properly identifying the critical Processes, the Process Owners and the Process Measures
  • Periodically analyzing critical data, information, and Process results
  • Planning effective Corrective and Preventive actions, in a structured manner.

The Quality Control process begins with the receipt of the requirements from Customers and ends with delivering the goods and services to them, exactly as per their requirements. This process covers all the conventional aspects in product realization such as:

  • Development & selection of reliable vendors
  • Ensuring timely availability of proper resources
  • Provision of effective training
  • Verification of material, processes, and sub-assemblies
  • Testing and inspection of the finished product

Our Quality Assurance plan (QAP) is a complex set of parameters which every employee has to strictly follow to ensure that each and every product is standard and better than that guaranteed on paper.

The Promoters

Shri Nilesh Kumar Jhalani

He has been appointed as an additional director of the company with effect from 1st April 2007 and is looking after the marketing and purchase department of the company. He has a profound experience of 15 years in power sector and has been representing as authorized person to participate in Various Govt. /Semi- Govt. Bidding for and on behalf of the Company. He works visibly and energetically, which is the reason for his successful entrepreneurship. He has good knowledge of liasoning activities and handles them efficiently. He belongs to reputed and financially sound family background and has achieved good market reputation and creditability. He is associated with the renowned group “Shri Ram Group” since its inception and the projects undertaken by the group highlight his active involvement and innovative approach of working.

Shri Rohit Jhalani

Mr. Rohit Jhalani is a whole time director of the company. He holds a decade of experience in power sector. He is looking after the Production and administrative department of the company. His young and enthusiastic leadership skills and innovative project ideas has helped the company to get best inputs from its employees. He has participated in various govt. and semi-govt. biddings and successfully commissioned orders for the company. He has been coordinating with the consultants and heading the professional Technical Team for timely completion of the contracts. He is also a member of District Industrial Association and has participated in an exhibition held by CII in China. He is also holding post of various social and academic welfare organizations in India. He has a keen interest to explore all the possible opportunities for the company’s growth. He has gained good credibility in the market in a very short span of time.

Shri Devraj Jhalani

He has been appointed as additional director of the company with effect from 1stapril 2007. He is looking after the banking and administrative affairs of the company. He has an experience of 8 years in this business. He belongs to reputed and financially sound family background. It’s the foresight and dedication of Mr. Devraj Jhalani that has helped the company to deliver quality work in limited time frame.
